We’re sorry to hear that PTO program isn’t working for you. We’re also sorry to see you feel there is no growth here. We are very focused on helping our employees grow in their careers. We’ve been proud of the numbers we’re seeing in our annual promotion and internal mobility. Last year, 14% of employees were promoted and 30% of open positions were filled internally, putting us at or above the industry average on both counts.
