      Can't think of any reasons to include cons except that the technology I specialized in was slowly disappearing so I had to make a move.

      Poor flexability with work hours. Bonus strictly dependent on market conditions, so very rare.

With respect to your comments on bonuses, all employees are eligible for annual bonuses, with the level of the overall bonus pool determined by the company’s cash earnings performance and individual payouts based on individual performance. While the level of payouts can vary from year to year, CME has funded a bonus pool every year since the program’s inception.
