      Pros

      Growing business in a changing and challenging industry. Exciting industry learning opportunities. The company has many very smart and devoted employees.

      Cons

      There have been a lot of changes in the past couple of years that indicate that employees are no longer valued. The politics, red tape, and low morale have created a very negative environment to work in and senior management either is not aware or does not care.

      benefits, pto, former management , work from home arrangements, insurance plans All these cannot cover obnoxious way they treated loyal people.

      Cons

      Leadership is gone Quality people are gone 0 investment in educated experienced loyal employees , cut cut cut expenses and move move move to India. Stay away, it is a sinking boat, although too big to fail.
