Pros

**The Positives** The company is filled with incredibly talented professionals—true masters of their craft. Working alongside such knowledgeable colleagues has been one of the most enriching aspects of my time here. The work culture values quality over rigid deadlines. While the workload is steady, there is no undue pressure, and timelines are adjusted when necessary to maintain high standards. Despite being a financial institution, the company embraces modern technologies and encourages innovation, which keeps the work intellectually stimulating. It’s o the world’s oldest and largest Futures & Options exchange, as well as the most trusted cryptocurrency exchanges—a testament to its industry leadership. **The Neutral Aspects** Compensation at the entry level is competitive, but salary increments for experienced professionals tend to be modest. Perks and benefits are fairly average—nothing extraordinary but not lacking either. The hybrid work model is in place, though its flexibility has seen some changes over time.

Cons

**Areas for Improvement** The work schedule in the Bangalore office can be demanding. A typical day in office starts at 9 AM, ends at 4 PM, but once you reach home requires logging in again at 6 PM for meetings with US teams—sometimes stretching over 9 PM. This is an accepted norm, making it difficult to commit to personal activities like gym sessions or classes, as unpredictability is high. There is a growing push for employees to work from the office more frequently, which has raised concerns among those who value flexibility. The cafeteria experience leaves much to be desired. The food quality, especially non-vegetarian options, is inconsistent, and by 1 PM, several items are often unavailable. Unfortunately, external dining options are limited as well.
