Pros
The company has a lot of intelligent, hard-working people. Interesting and challenging work.
Cons
Lack of clear work priorities; sometimes feels like there are too many managers and architects and not enough hands-on "do-ers". Increased regulation has also increased process and bureaucracy. This is to be expected, but it seems like some teams in the technology division have gone overboard and a software developer has to deal with a lot of red tape to get work done.
