Immediate co-workers are friendly. Theater staff are great. Free Movies at their locations.

Cons

After the acquisition benefits were cut and annual pay raises were removed completely. New leadership won’t authorize finance to pay bills. CMX offers poor work life balance with many frustrations throughout the day. HR leadership opted to work remote before announcing a poorly compensated relocation requirement - come on.

Watching free movies. Travel to open new stores

Cons

senior management was horrible. Always have to call corporate for issues. Bills were never paid so constantly ran out of products. If you were a Cobb employee preciously you wouldn't get promoted.
