During the Product Support Analyst interview process, the nature of the work is explained to the candidates to ensure there is an alignment of expectations. Many enjoy the work as it is analytical, and many times no two problems are alike so it can keep things interesting. This is some of the feedback we have received from our Product Support Analysts. We always encourage employees to speak to HR or their manager if there is a concern regarding the work. From there we are able to look at other tasks or whether another role might be a better fit.

They have been around for 50 years, have a solid reputation, and are privately owned - which gives them the autonomy to make decisions over the long term. Overall, the opportunity to learn and contribute steadily can be a plus in today's constantly fluid job market.

Growth opportunities can be limited. The pay scale can be improved.
