Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed the work-life balance at CMiC as that is a great priority for us. We also pride ourselves on hiring great people that make up the wonderful team environments we have. Regarding the concern for salary, salary reviews are conducted annually, and research is done to align to market standards. Within the QA department, there were also levels created to ensure fair review of experience and skills to align the level and thereafter the compensation. We encourage staff to also advise their manager or HR if there are compensation concerns. Our office has 3 floors. We have redesigned the ground floor to allow an open concept to maximize space and have enough desks and meeting rooms to accommodate the staff in the office.

It was a positive work environment. Everyone in the company was genuinely friendly, supportive, and collaborative. I was impressed by how people from other departments were eager to offer their help and contribute to your success, which is something that I’ve rarely experienced elsewhere.

Cons

I really can't think of anything negative to write because I've only been with the company for 2 years.
