decent pay decent pension decent benefits

Cons

Hostile management and union relations don't expect to get a home based job for a decade you may have the hours and experience to qualify for a red seal but CN will NEVER sign off on your hours to get the cert. Management is constantly looking for ways to fire their employees. Safety is preached but is rarely the real concern of management.

There is no pros here trust me.

Cons

Management is horrible. Retention rate here is 30 percent. Don't waste your time here. Trust me you will get excited thinking its an awsome career but management is quick to release you for no reason.
