Money. That's all. Nothing else.

Cons

Terrible hours, toxic work environment. A worker violently assaulted a coworker and Management didn't fire him. Management watched him come into work, yelling and throwing stuff around. They disciplined both workers. The employee that was assaulted didn't do anything to deserve this. Train schedules are usually inaccurate and because of this fatigue is a huge problem.
