Pros

Air Conditioning/Heat. No rain suit required. Fair wages for work performed Somewhat Union Protection Seniority builds over time. Everyday is different Management style experience which opens doors for better opportunities

Cons

Worst benefits I've ever heard of. People are often miserable The actual managers are absent or micro managing. No in between. The bad vibes roll downhill - hard No basic employee appreciation. example; employee bbq, bonus system, team lunch, a hot coffee on a cold day or even a 'thank you' when you solve their problems for them. They've made cuts in every department and expanded job responsibility to the point of negative effects. People are over worked.
