Great exposure, Financially strong, World Class Leaders, Great location offices, Good services like Daycare, Secure workplace, Close to Metro Station and Bus Station.

Cons

They have traditional way of handling things, the firm is big but people handling th departments are still 5 years behind than other progressive firms in Montreal.

pay rate was great for my area, benefits are okay, pension plan is great. among the best in the country.

Cons

poor management, terrible shifts. i was stuck on afternoons and nights for most of my 7.5 years, lots of gossip. its like high school
