Well paid. Lots of overtime if you want it. Room to grow into new positions whenever you want. Unionized. Pension plan. Share matching. Group TFSA and RRSP with direct deposit.

Cons

Management is full of a bunch of pencil pushers who don't care about your well being. They just cared about your production.
