When we recruit talent to our teams we spend a lot of time going over the realities associated with the railroad operating 24/7/365 days a year, including how being on call can disrupt your family life and important events.       There is no benefits to work here.

      Cons

      Cn hates women and Lgtbq employees. Very hostile work environment. Managment is a joke and have no business being in charge. Employees are harassed on a daily business by supervision with anger issues. People are forced to do unsafe things and are belittled for standing up for themselves. Hr and labor relations do nothing to protect the employees or help. Best part someone is gonna reply like cn cares.
