Pros

Good money, trains can be fun. Can be very rewarding at times, and banks love to see it. Ok benefits package.

Cons

Pressure, long shifts, odd hours. Basically a contractor to the company via the Union. Not a lot of choice in how your schedule looks. Not much for vacation.
