      -Good compensation -Decent work/life balance -Mostly great employees

      Cons

      -The company itself doesn't seem to be doing too well, expect waves of downsizing -So. Many. Meetings. And nothing is ever accomplishhed

      Pros

      Some of the people were nice and easy to work with.

      Cons

      A lot of the managers are incompetent. The training is not very good. Poor performers don't get fired, which causes performance issues for the department and demoralizes those who are capable and want to excel. The reputation of the company has deteriorated over the years and for good reason. There are better insurance companies out there. Please find another one.
