Pros

Performance driven culture with a solid performance management process in place, 401K is great, bonuses are generous and were always paid out sometimes at 150%+ for top performers, a lot of vacation time, leaders are good, are trained and believe in developing talent whether formally or informally.

Cons

Performance management process can be cumbersome for people leaders and can lead to an extremely competitive culture. Always looking for ways to improve the bottom line. You may be ready to be promoted, but you will have to wait for someone to leave or a position to open up. They seldom promote people just based on merit, but you can make it work for you by taking on more responsibility or projects and by knowing that the experience you gain makes it worthwhile.

Pros

Decent reputation and new stronger management in place that what was there in the past. Moving to a better location will help attract talent.

Cons

Too much mediocrity is tolerated in the organization. Pay also needs to be more competitive in the market in order to keep the high performers.

Pros

Decent benefits, nice co-workers, salary is decent, they offer some flexibility.

Overworked, expect you to do the work load of two people in allotted time, no overtime allowed. It can be very stressful. Strict dress code. High turnover
