Pros
Case was a great company to work for in the 1990's and early 2000's. Things were going well and the proper way of doing most of the right things remained a constant focus
Cons
Things changed dramatically when Case "merged" with New Holland. (The "merger" was actually more of an "acquisition" by Fiat.) Many incompetent New Holland managers had postured themselves for key positions of importance due to being a part of Fiat before the "merger". This started things off very poorly for the newly formed company. I am told by current employees that things have NOT improved at all.
