      Great Early Career Experience, but be prepared to work hard

      Pros

      I learned a LOT in my first few years with CNH, and got to travel in ways that few companies offer. I also made a lot of great friendships at the company.

      Cons

      The company culture is work hard and harder. This isn't driven from the top, but farming generally requires 100+ hr weeks during harvest and planting season, and many employees at the company farm on the side. This work ethic permeates itself into the culture of the company, and unfortunately sets expectations for others as well. Communication and constantly changing plans were big issues as well, but this is common in other similar companies.

      Pros

      Great enviroment. Good benefits (health, transport, lunch). Great salary. Open minded bosses, all of them let you participate and make you feel part of the company.

      Cons

      None yet. Maybe it could be more organized, there are people from 4 different company sharing tasks or being part of one process and it gets a little messy sometimes
