Great benefits, work life balance has improved and continues to get better, senior leadership is listening and striving to do better. A lot of emphasis placed on diversity and inclusion.

Cons

Technology challenges - but they are working to update equipment. Offshore tech teams often don't understand requests and you have to go back and forth several times to get something resolved.

Working for CNO financial has been an unexpected joy. The leadership is knowledgeable and approachable. The team environment is encouraging, and we have super camaraderie. The bi-weekly income stream is great with incentives for meeting sales quotas attainable and lucrative. This company knows how help agents who are ready to meet insurance needs of their clients. They also know how to take care of their agents. Within one year of starting I have licenses in nearly all 50 states. Not to mention the flexibility of working from home. And there is no glass ceiling here, the sky is the limit! You will love working for Colonial Pen.
