The service reps do their best to help meet their customers needs.

Cons

Where do I start. Quality department makes it hard for reps to do their job stress free. Ops managers do not develop or support their team. They walk around like the world is coming to an end.

Pros

No real pros except insurance, on site clinic and gym.

Cons

They frowned and pressured you didnt do overtime. They made it impossible to get a pay raise or a increase in your job. You really have to fight for it and its barely a cent. Management changes constantly so you never know whats coming next. Its difficult as hell to try to even apply to another department because no one responds to your applications. They make it painfully difficult to stay there. My recomendation, don't work here unless you want to be a drone and work at the same pay grade for more than 3 years

Pros

The Wellness program is awesome. We also have an onsite workout facility and an onsite clinic. The organization is trying to make a shift from conservative to more of a 21st century type of company- there are challenges with that, but this is a good thing. Lots of room for training and development. Really smart people.

Cons

The benefits could be a little stronger, but they are ok. Technology is a little behind the times.
