Friendly culture, good working environment, good community involvement.

Cons

Most development and support are offshore, managed by third party consulting firm Cognizant. Much of IT staff was "rebadged" to Cognizant and later released. Very little job security.

I have worked in different places, by far CNO offers the best work environment ever. Co-workers and managers are amazing. Benefits and the pay are great. Pro: 1- Everyone is friendly and mature. 2- Pay, benefits and management is excellent. 3- The company proactively cares about the well being of its employee "feeling very spoiled". 4- Friendly and flexible work environment. 5- Huge advancement chances offered.
