Pros

Great insurance and wellness benefits. Salary static. Customer service is appreciated. Community events and volunteering seem supported. Discount parking available. Business casual work environment. Contractors are treated like employees for the most part. Free gym onsite in the building as long as you are employee in the building.Not far from public transportation and area hotels. On site health clinic but hours can be limited and staff there changes.

Cons

Some areas have a fiefdom mentality. No real career paths. Working with outside contractors can be hit or miss. Organization is still in the storming phase and gone all the way back to a waterfall development approach. Nothing agile happens yet segments of the business expect it.

Leadership does not micro-manage. Lack of accountability at the Mid-Manager level.

Cons

Good employees were downsized and low performing employees kept. Good ole boys club, decisions not based on performance.
