The field since Cenpatico took over has made it difficult. A lot of folks have found other places to work.

Good benefits, PTO and mileage reimbursement. The TPD pleasant and helpful.

Cons

Unprofessional and unorganized with useless training by current employees. DEA compliance not up to date. Current employees complain about rate of pay and negative interactions with supervisors.

They will occasionally provide you with breakfast or lunch. Depending on the position the pay is good.

Cons

Since this company has had significant budget cuts they take it out on their employees. They leave each employee remaining with the work of three people. They no longer show much staff support. They also tend to give their clients the runaround when it comes to anything simple related to their treatment.
