Poor and incompetent leadership, Overworked and underpaid Employees, lousy benefits (with the exception of PTO), "protected" individuals due to family relationships or friendships, organization does not care about employees, basically an all around bad place to work...

Cons

Punitive work environment. Low moral. Large caseloads. Sexual harassment. Lots of women in supervisory positions that abuse their authority and protect each other when confronted or challenged. Some supervisors (female) talk to you in a demeaning way in front of others and during meetings. Unrealistic expectations and workload demands. Low pay and compensation.
