      Pros

      CODEplus is by far the best place I've worked. It's a very positive work environment. The mood is upbeat. Team members are supportive and I worked with the most skilled, best-in-class people. Everyone work together very well, and management is very hands-on involved. It's a great mix of personalities and cultures, and I truly looked forward to coming in to work every day.

      Cons

      It's a small company, but don't let that fool you. There´s great opportunities. Demands are high, but so are the rewards.

      client might be too demanding and hard to please which makes the work challenging and sometimes stressful; but challenge is always good.

      Total condescending orientation towards employees, withhold information and offer no real career support; they DON'T have a care about you and subject you to unnecessary grief at client site.
