      I had to submit five words in this box. There are no pros about working here

      Cons

      Total condescending orientation towards employees, withhold information and offer no real career support; they DON'T have a care about you and subject you to unnecessary grief at client site.

      Not a good experience at Code Plus. Companies ethical practices are questionable.

      Pros

      Convenient travel via public transit

      Cons

      Family healthcare coverage is outrageously expensive. Absolutely no flexibility. Paychecks are not paid on time. Company has promised to transition to direct deposit for over a month. Currently still receiving live checks a few days after the promised pay date. Benefits are not the best. No short term or long term disability. No bereavement leave. No work life balance. Just a lot of work.
