Pros
Very understanding and fair management. Great work environment where everyone enjoys working hard to better the Physics software product and it’s branding out of passion. Very reasonable when you have large matters in your personal life to manage and are very accommodating about it. The web team, though small, is full of highly intelligent and very enjoyable people to work along side.
Cons
The benefits are okay, but could possibly have some more incentivizing perks though they offer some pretty great coverage at a small cost. Where it lacks is any d diversity in pay. 90,000k base salary with little to no bonus and no added stock option or anything else. There is a 401k though that offers a fair sum of matches pay.
