Fun environment. Have occasional contests to keep employees motivated. Clothing allowance and employee discounts. There are additional discounts for employees as well.

Cons

When understaffed, work load can be stressful. People come and go. It can be difficult to work the floors while training new hires.

Like all retail stores, can sometimes feel undervalued. Lots of wealthy customers can sometimes be overly demanding and unappreciative.
