      Pros

      Good benefits - PTO, medical, etc. Decent company culture. Opportunities for growth if desired.

      Cons

      Those who exceed expectations are treated the same as those who do not meet expectations. Lots of changes in the past couple years - most not to the employees benefit. Outdated technology. Management asks for employees’ opinions but does not do anything with them.
