      Pros

      Easy work day to day, comfortable office setting. Get to work with people and help your community.

      Cons

      You get zero commissions or bonuses no matter how much you are involved in the policy, and no matter how much work you put into the "sale" or renewal. You do all the work, the agent signs the paper and gets all the reward. No benefits.
