      Pros

      Decent training. Somewhat supportive management. Decent base rate. Supportive employees, team based atmosphere. Nice offices, company helps with advertising. Not a good place to work.

      Cons

      It's all cold calls, rates are not competitive, underwriting is NOT on the reps side, minimal advertising, 10 years behind on technology.

      Great hours. Pay is great. People I work with care about the customer and other people in the office.

      There are no cons working with COUNTRY. It is a great place to work and I have no complaints.

      Pros

      I have worked here for about 5 months and I love the people I work with. They really care about you and your success and do everything they can to help you succeed. You also get to set your own schedule. You get out what you put it.

      Cons

      Kind of a boring environment at times and pretty slow-paced. Small offices with not many employees.
