      Pros: -My direct and senior leaders consistently express interest in my work, perspectives, and job satisfaction. Their "open door" policy is genuine. -I believe that my colleagues value and trust my work, and I enjoy a good degree of autonomy. -COUNTRY is a solid company with a long history. I am confident that I work at an organization that keeps its commitments to clients, our agency sales team, and our employees. -The flexibility to have a hybrid schedule is fantastic! -I appreciate that we can engage with other teams through resource groups and other activities.

      Cons

      While there is emphasis placed on building a more diverse workforce and leaders are actively working to do this, progress has been slower than I anticipated.

      Pros

      Only pro is it helps teach you about the insurance business.

      Cons

      Expects you to run your own business right out of the gate with hardly any help. Needed to move states for my kids during a divorce and this company would not allow me to “move my book of business” to one state over.
