      pension plan + 401k, revitalizing the offices and workspaces, most areas allow flexible work schedules, pro family/worklife balance

      Cons

      strict dress code, old technology, poor health insurance, no maternity leave, overall negative culture, combined PTO and sick days (which are already limited)

      Great chance to learn, supportive company culture

      Cons

      If you don't already have experience as an entrepreneur and can generate your own clients easily, you may not be successful. Company has strict quotas to be met, you don't meet them, you are out the door fast. Managers are not well-trained to help Reps be successful, but put lots of pressure on employees.
