Pros

Give you the tools to succeed, rates are good and everyone works together as a team.

Cons

Training in Bloomington is pretty redundant, need to go over more investment principles and how to navigate through the system. Training is mainly on sales tactics. Life insurance is pushed VERY hard, that's pretty much all upper management cares about.

The opportunity is there for anyone with sales skills to exceed. Put in the hours and get trained and there is a good chance of success with the way they have it set up.

Cons

Having to work your natural market is never fun although you can buy leads they aren't always strong. You have to consistently hustle, but you can make it.
