      Too much emphasize on p&C. They don't want to deal with financial stuff. Life insurance is the bread and butter

      -Friendly employees -A great place to get industry experience -Good benefit offerings

      -Limited career options and pay -Management is not very transparent -Overall the company is broken into silos which hampers communication across the company -Very limited diversity with very little support for diversity growth

      There really is not any. I was glad to land a position with State Farm.

      -Working in a call center is a nightmare to begin with -Time off policies are poor compared to competitors -Very little advancement opportunity -They act like the call center jobs are your careers and don't help you pursue other goals
