      Co-workers are great - upper management leaves lots to be desired.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. Generous pension plan. Good insurance. Great people for the most part. Recently updated company vision to focus on customer and instituted leadership expectations.

      Cons

      Leadership lacking especially in ITS. Looking for CIO, but having difficult time. Not enough collaboration at all levels of management. Few female leaders at upper levels.

      Great company to grow and develop

      Pros

      New CEO in 2012 that is really visible, making good changes, and trying to modernize technology. Medium size company with a small company feel. The people are great. Good opportunities to see things all the way through and do a lot of development.

      Cons

      Located in the middle of Illinois. Hard to attract diverse talent because of location. Eighty five year old company with lots of long term management and employees make it hard to move quickly and make things happen.

      Agent forever in waiting

      Pros

      The only pro I can think of is my manager...very nice man

      Cons

      They put you through the interview process...in my case three interviews, only to put you on the bench as an agent in waiting. I have been waiting now for 8 months. Every time I call my manager, he tells me, to be patient and that a spot should open soon. What a joke!!!
