      Pros

      Good base salary, nice people, health insurance right away, help pay for your licensing, and no one gets in your way.

      Cons

      If you are starting off no one really is there to help. No one lets you know what you should be doing. Not very mentally challenging, and seems like whole-life insurance is the answer to anyone’s financial situation. Extremely basic financial products, six sizes fit all. They basically tack on fees to previously low-fee index fund and call it a managed investment.

      The quotas are very difficult to keep up with. There auto rates are high. They watch and trackl your sales numbers very closly.
