Pros

Great people, great vision, extremely positive culture, very good benefits -- all these things were above and beyond the much bigger competitor across the street in town.

Cons

Hard to find ways to move up -- but once found it was fully supported. Also could've done without some of the internal political motives -- but that is pretty common in corporate America anywhere.

Pros

Unlimited potential if you are a good balancer. By balancing I mean making sure you have enough auto, home, life, and financial. Miss one policy in any of these catagories and they cut your pay $1,000 a month!

Cons

Leads are expensive. I think my manager encouraged me to spend money on anything possible. My $52,000 earnings only brought home $22,000.

Pros

Family oriented Good benefits Reasonable pay Good people to work with

Cons

Too much change for change sake Lack of focus makes it difficult to achieve any results or even know what the goal is Leaders are promoted without any preparation, mentoring, or guidance (sink or swim) New ideas are usually not welcomed
