Pros

Some of the pro's that are involved with Country Financial is that they reimburse your for expenses and the cost of license requirements.

Cons

There are a lot of downsides for working at Country Financial. The biggest downfall is their 3 month rolling benchmark period, terrible system!

Pros

Great benefits. Great managers who seem to care about their employees. Not a lot of "red tape" they allow you to get your job done. Flexible work schedule.

Cons

Low on technology & job experience. If you want to stay in the same job forever then this is the place for you; but if you want to move & grow there are not a lot of opportunities, especially outside of Home Office.

Great people, great vision, extremely positive culture, very good benefits -- all these things were above and beyond the much bigger competitor across the street in town.

Cons

Hard to find ways to move up -- but once found it was fully supported. Also could've done without some of the internal political motives -- but that is pretty common in corporate America anywhere.
