      Used to be a great company that cared about it's people .

      Cons

      They switched to a ponzi scheme compensation package for reps. The reps build an increasing book while the company finds ways to payreps less, increasing expenses, and removing any secured way of predictable income. It's quite fascinating how tirelessly they work to find creative ways to pay less compensation.
