No weekends or holidays. Some departments are great.
Cons
You are only a number here and will be micro-managed. Your managers and supervisors are rewarded for treating you poorly. The pay is on the lower end for the market and the PTO is shameful. The business model and training are horrible. They have sold two buildings in the past two years and have closed entire departments. This place is a dumpster fire. Their motto should be "Experience Garbage".
