Cons

Company raises do not keep in line with cost of living. Personal AVG 1.5% over 15 years with meet or exceed ratings. Personally experienced frequent changes in management and direction every year. Promotions to staff seem infrequent.

Very low tenure. Job used to have claims but turned into an operator job with limited access even though you are trained to fully assist clients
