      Coworkers are friendly, can work hybrid, could move departments

      Cons

      Management is unprofessional, will penalize you for being sick/medical issues, care more about numbers than employees’ wellbeing, employees are viewed as disposable, constantly overpromising and underdelivering to clients and employees, training was VERY short and rushed and they tell you to study after work hours and dont pay you for it (hourly pay)

      Health and life insurance are a little above average 401k match is average Pay for IT is above average for core employees

      Cons

      On-call, long hours, night and weekends. No pension for new hires any more. IT is constantly evolving so your position may be outsourced Most learning opportunities are on your own time and own expense
