Pros
Country has a great start up program for new agents, you don’t have to have 50K in the bank and have a licensed employee right off the bat like a lot of companies require.
Cons
Their insurance products are a little more expensive than other companies. Agent managers don’t know as much as they claim and most of them started as a paid employee from the company not an independent contractor.
