Pros

The business -- building machines that recycle waste -- is relevant to our environment and economy. There were always new designs and often the work was very engaging. Also, The "workers" are really good people and very friendly and helpful.

Cons

Management was poor, resulting in business loss and loss of jobs -- including mine.

Flexible hours, team atmosphere, overtime available, easy to take action, workplace freedom, amazing weather, lots to do in San Diego

Cons

High workload, understaffed, lower pay, new industry, new company, lack of standardization, not very LEAN, lack of promotions/reviews for employees, 40 minute drive to San Diego

Great place to get foot in the door or stay for life There are always opportunities to do new jobs Workers know the business very well and have lots of experience CP Wiki is a growing resource for their company information

Cons

There are all sorts of crazy people Company Politics They copy a lot from other competitors (not really a place for innovation) Not much engineering involved
