Pros

some form of a paycheck

Cons

there's either mandatory overtime or their sending people home early. They don't actually care about their employees just the work they can put out which 9/10 is poor quality anyway. if you don't know how to kiss butt you won't get promoted. They turn great workers into bitter humans which sucks. Drama even though we aren't allowed to talk to each other. i would never come back

Pros

The pay was decent with double time for every hour over 40 hours. Bonuses every few months where you got a dollar for every regular hour worked and $2 for every overtime hour worked.

Cons

Overtime was mandatory nearly year-round. Hours and schedules were constantly shifted so that you couldn't have a proper work-life balance. They didn't care how quickly they burnt you out, they just kept forcing you to continue working more and more hours as there was always a mass exodus every couple of months. There was sometimes no work to do but you were still forced to be there on overtime.
