      the paychecks did not bounce

      Cons

      They don't value experience of long-term employees. I was part of the original company (EFT Source) before CPI bought them and NOT ONE SINGLE legacy employee ever got promoted - only the new hires. Management is constantly chasing the latest & greatest tech but cannot overcome their problem with system vulnerabilities. They are lying to their governing body (PCI Card Production & PCI DSS) about everything from allowing vendors unaccompanied access to the server room to hiding their Windows patching results on a monthly basis.

      Pros

      Average pay. Decent benefits. Hybrid work.

      Cons

      There are "managers" but hardly any "leaders" in the Tennessee Operations. Managers are simply people who stuck around long enough to know more than others and not qualified to lead. 2023 was a difficult year as they had a huge 2022 and knowingly set unachievable goals for 2023, thus not able to hit bonuses for most everyone.

      Apathetic and Ineffective Middle and Upper Management

      Remote work and decent salary.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between teams/departments. Middle management is an obstacle to getting projects done or streamlining processes.
