      Pros

      Good pay - but the 'Pros' stop there! There's nothing more to list as a 'positive' about this place.

      Cons

      They expect you to work all the time - evenings, nights, weekends, holidays and vacation. HR said, 'You need to check your email every 2-3 hours during non-office hours'. They run the employees into the ground. 5 people have quit recently with no job prospects - they just had to get out of there.

      Company has been effectively steering through a turnaround.

      Cons

      Incredibly siloed work environment. Financial focus that does not give adequate consideration to human factors. Executive disconnection from operations. A brutal environment of backstabbing, rumor mongering, and conference room humiliation in the fight for status and job security. Many in the office environment are ethically and professionally challenged for reasons of self interest. Lord of the Flies.

      As mentioned in prior responses, CPI has multiple channels for addressing concerns including direct supervisor, human resources and an anonymous on-line system. Information on accessing the anonymous online system is posted publicly at all of our facilities. I would encourage one of these outlets be utilized so that we can further explore these areas of concern.
