Pros
It used to be a good company to work for but has gone down hill when Hunter Harrison took over.
Cons
Only care about the bottom line at the expense of their people. Put out surveys only to dismiss every employee concern one by one. Yes men get promoted, emphasis on the "men". They don't want people that can think for themselves just people that will follow orders and tow the line. The money and benefits are not worth the anxiety and stress the company causes.
